Important Update on Training Schedule:
Starting at the end of January 2025, Paul will be required to attend an interstate training course for 9 months. Unfortunately, during this time, no scheduled training will take place until the course is completed.
While we understand this is less than ideal, it is unavoidable. At this stage, we are unsure if there will be any opportunities for Paul to return home during the course. If any training opportunities arise while he is back, we will provide an update accordingly.
In the meantime, we encourage everyone who has been attending training to continue with your practice. Even if it’s just shadow boxing, working on your striking and defenses, stretching, or going through your warm-up routine, it will help keep your skills sharp. You may also want to connect with other training partners to run through what you’ve learned and remember from previous sessions.
